Method and report boundaries
This independent guide explains how to frame test and compliance questions for finished home-textile programs. It does not publish an official product specification or certify a product.

Evidence dashboard
A test name alone is insufficient. The specimen, method edition, conditioning, reported unit and applicability must remain attached to the result.
Finished product, construction, composition, colour or finish, dimensions and pre-treatment state.
Named test method, revision or buyer protocol, equipment route and measured endpoint.
Temperature, humidity, washing, drying, conditioning time and number of cycles where applicable.
Measured value, unit, tolerance, replicate treatment and pass/fail criterion defined in advance.
Issuer, named entity or site, report number, product reference, date, validity and authorized interpretation.
Explain whether a laboratory endpoint corresponds to the declared retail, hospitality, wellness or institutional use cycle.
Review sheets
The following editorial sheets identify questions to ask. They do not reproduce Welspun Living Limited documents, grant a certificate or state that a named standard applies to every product.
Clarify whether mass is reported per unit area, per article or after specified conditioning, and record specimen dimensions.
Record wash method, cycle count, temperature, chemistry, drying and measurement direction before comparing change.
Name the exposure method, adjacent material, rating scale, colour, finish and acceptance threshold.
Check the issuing body, entity, site, product scope, standard edition, certificate or report number and validity date.
Review sequence
Regulatory, label and buyer requirements vary by destination, product type and intended use. A hospitality linen brief is not interchangeable with a consumer retail package or a nonwoven protective application.
Record the legal entity, production site if stated, finished article, product reference, composition and construction. Group membership does not extend one business unit's evidence to another.
Specify method edition, specimen preparation, conditioning, unit, tolerance and decision rule before testing. This prevents a result from being selected after the outcome is known.
Check issuer, report or certificate number, dates, validity, named scope and any exclusions. GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, ISO, bluesign and REACH are not interchangeable labels and are not asserted here by default.
Explain what the controlled result does and does not predict for the declared laundering, handling and replacement cycle. Record deviations rather than describing performance as guaranteed.
Send the product reference, market, method, specimen conditions and document question. We will organize the review without asserting official certification or affiliation.
